What is LoolyTv?
LoolyTv is a kids video app for families. Parents pick playlists from a Made-for-Kids catalog our team reviews. Children then watch only those videos — not the open web.
What is it for?
It gives children a calm place to watch, without endless scrolling or surprise videos. You build a small family library; they press play and stay inside it.
How do I use it?
Install LoolyTv on an Android phone, tablet, or Android TV and sign in with a parent Google account. Browse the catalog with your child and save playlists to your family library. Then tap Play all: the app shuffles what you chose, and kids stay on that list.
Who chooses the videos — me or my child?
You do. Kids play from the family library you saved. They cannot search the open web or wander onto videos you never picked.
How is this different from YouTube or YouTube Kids?
Those apps can still lead children toward videos you never chose. LoolyTv is a closed catalog: only Made-for-Kids playlists we review, plus the ones you save to your library.
How do you choose channels and playlists?
We look for content that is educational for children, calm rather than distracting, and free of empty repetition. Everything we add is Made for Kids and reviewed by our team — but tastes differ from family to family.
What if something shouldn’t be in the catalog?
We’re not perfect. If a playlist or channel doesn’t feel right, parents can report it from the app. Your feedback helps us keep the catalog healthy for everyone.
Which devices can we use?
Android phone, tablet, and Android TV (including Google TV). Install from Google Play on each device. You can link extra screens with a short code so the same family library follows you around the house.
Can we install LoolyTv on the living-room TV?
Yes. On Android TV and Google TV, open Google Play, search for LoolyTv, and install it like any other app. You get a TV-friendly interface with your remote — the same family library as on phone and tablet.
Are there ads in the app?
No. LoolyTv does not show advertising inside the app.
